Own platform positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and go-to-market execution for MISUMI Americas’ digital manufacturing platform. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate AI, sourcing, and manufacturing capabilities into compelling value propositions. Develop persona-specific content, launch campaigns, sales enablement, product training, case studies, and customer insights. The role requires manufacturing or supply chain technology expertise, SaaS marketing experience, strong technical writing, and travel up to 25% annually.

Build and manage a domestic manufacturing supplier network by sourcing, qualifying, onboarding, negotiating with, and developing partners. Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, quality, costs, and performance; improve operational outcomes; optimize supplier portfolio allocation; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Quality, Engineering, Costing, and Operations. The role requires regular factory visits, supplier relationship ownership, manufacturing expertise, analytical skills, and 25–50% local travel.

Provides IT operations support across identity management, networking, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, security monitoring, facility access controls, and help desk functions. Administers Entra ID, Microsoft 365, networks, VPNs, MDM, and security tools; contributes to automation, SIEM implementation, runbooks, compliance initiatives, and company-wide IT projects. The role requires strong cross-functional communication and occasional domestic travel of up to 10% annually.
