Conducts market research, develops requirements, collaborates with data and technology partners, supports client and industry engagements, creates training materials, and ensures regulatory and compliance alignment.

Own Salesforce product initiatives across sales, customer experience, revenue, and AI workflows. Translate business requirements into user stories, solutions, testing plans, and release roadmaps; prioritize requests; coordinate delivery and adoption; and advise stakeholders on AI and agentic automation. Build Agentforce proofs of concept, validate AI behavior, support data governance and integrations, develop training materials, and lead cross-functional change management.

Manage and grow automotive finance accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and advancing opportunities. Build relationships with lenders, craft solutions with product and delivery teams, contribute to account strategy, and travel for client meetings to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
