Creates digital advertising graphics, social media content, print collateral, website updates, and local campaign materials. Manages social media engagement, supports community events and product launches, coordinates vendors and marketing inventory, and tracks basic campaign metrics. The role collaborates with sales, product, and field outreach teams to increase brand awareness and subscriber growth through digital, social, print, and local marketing channels.

Leads sales support operations, partner and vendor management, retention workflows, installation optimization, commission accuracy, sales analytics, process improvement, training enablement, and team development. Oversees a sales save desk, manages third-party door-knocking vendors, administers incentives and compensation, and coordinates initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Product. The role is on-site in Southlake, Texas, with approximately 5% travel.
