Provide technical and operational support to strengthen national and subnational supply chain systems for public health emergency preparedness and outbreak response. Improve quantification, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and surge logistics; establish Emergency Readiness Reserves; support procurement, forecasting, and cold-chain management; provide facility-level mentoring, SOPs, training, and data-driven reporting in coordination with DOH and partners.

Support the Art Director and creative team to design branded print and digital materials—presentations, publications, social graphics, infographics, event and web assets. Produce templates, prepare production-ready files, adapt designs across formats and languages, manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and contribute creative concepts for global development communications.

Provide technical support to CNM and Central Medical Store to strengthen malaria commodity procurement and supply chain systems. Responsibilities include forecasting, quantification, requisitions, importation and customs support, warehousing, inventory and distribution planning, field monitoring, training and capacity strengthening, stakeholder coordination, program monitoring and reporting, and supporting transition of procurement functions to the Ministry of Health. Contribute to proposal development and business development as needed.
