Teams at FHI 360

Provides technical leadership for health supply chain workforce development, capacity building, and e-learning implementation in Tanzania. Leads development and evaluation of e-learning modules, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, supports training needs assessments, and builds staff capacity in digital learning tools. Oversees implementation quality, workplans, budgets, performance indicators, documentation, and donor compliance while advising government and implementing partners on sustainable workforce optimization strategies.

Manages administrative and operational functions across procurement, facilities, fleet, warehousing, inventory, reporting, travel, and field coordination. Leads procurement strategy, vendor management, compliance, risk mitigation, and donor-regulated purchasing. Oversees staff, distribution-center operations, facilities activities, work planning, logistics, and capacity development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project requirements.

Leads the Philippines HIV portfolio for the AFGHS-FHI 360 project, overseeing strategy, implementation, budgets, milestones, compliance, monitoring, risk mitigation, staff management, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinates with headquarters, government officials, donors, implementing partners, and local organizations. Develops work plans and budgets, ensures contractual deliverables, supports capacity building and fundraising, and represents FHI 360 in the country. The role requires extensive international development, HIV programming, USG-funded project, NGO, and matrixed leadership experience.
