Provides front-desk reception and administrative support, including visitor assistance, inquiries, records and filing, package distribution, office supplies, logistics, meeting coordination, vendor communication, and workspace support. Maintains confidentiality, accurate administrative systems, professional communications, and compliance with organizational procedures while supporting operations staff and responding to changing priorities.

Provides administrative and transactional People & Culture support, including recruitment coordination, employee record maintenance, payroll and benefits documentation, training logistics, staff inquiries, timekeeping, and labor compliance recordkeeping. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, bilingual French and English communication, HR administration experience, and occasional or field-based travel within Cameroon.

Leads STRIDES Ebola outbreak preparedness, response, recovery, and transition activities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Coordinates incident management structures, multidisciplinary teams, government and partner stakeholders, surveillance and operational data analysis, deployment planning, procurement, budgets, reporting, and donor communications. Provides technical guidance on Ebola and viral hemorrhagic fever response, develops work plans and response materials, supports capacity building and business development, and represents the organization in emergency coordination forums.
