The Systems Analyst I provides system-level support for multi-user operating systems and software, focusing on endpoint management and optimizing resources through Microsoft tools while collaborating with business teams to improve productivity.

Manage and coordinate STRIDES Zambia project activities, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Oversee planning, monitoring, subcontractor performance, stakeholder communications, capacity building, compliance with donor and organizational requirements, and reporting. Support team development and implement process improvements.

The Senior Technical Specialist will lead zoonotic disease interventions, providing technical support, coordinating multisectoral actions, and strengthening surveillance and outbreak response activities.
