Provide authorized transport for staff and small cargo, perform vehicle checks, maintain documentation and insurance, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, record usage and expenses, support project administrative needs, and perform related duties.

Lead design and implementation of Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) activities for EpiC Jamaica. Provide technical guidance, capacity building, partner coordination, reporting, and quality assurance; supervise consultants and support MOHW to strengthen RCCE systems, training, rumor monitoring, and integrated outbreak preparedness.

Provide technical and operational support to strengthen national and subnational supply chain systems for public health emergency preparedness and outbreak response. Improve quantification, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and surge logistics; establish Emergency Readiness Reserves; support procurement, forecasting, and cold-chain management; provide facility-level mentoring, SOPs, training, and data-driven reporting in coordination with DOH and partners.
