Support and lead transaction and financial communications for national and international clients (M&A, IPOs, restructurings). Develop strategic positioning, stakeholder and media relations, and communication materials; drive new ideas, support client acquisition, and manage project delivery with cross‑border teams.

Support North America finance with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/expense review, transactional accounting, reporting, audit support, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration.

Provide equity advisory and investor relations counsel across Asia: manage client relationships, prepare investor materials, support capital markets transactions, analyze market and trading activity, build investor narratives, mentor associates, and contribute to pitches and business development.
