Lead development and execution of hedging strategies and derivatives trading across interest rate, FX, and credit instruments. Maintain valuation models and decision-support tools, collaborate with quant, IT, actuarial, and risk teams, propose macro trades, support ALM and regulatory requirements, and drive automation and model validation to enhance trading and risk analytics.

Provide operational and analytical support for enterprise investments: manager due diligence and onboarding, portfolio monitoring, cash management, reporting, data reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination to support senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Serve as strategic HR partner to a business unit: advise leaders, design org structures, drive talent planning, manage employee relations, execute core HR programs, analyze HR metrics, coach managers, and align HRBP work across the enterprise to support business goals.
