Teams at Fever

Produce live events for Fever Originals across Northern Europe, managing pre-production logistics, technical requirements, vendors, budgets, invoices, permitting, and post-production closeout. The role develops supplier partnerships, identifies production efficiencies, supports new event formats and technologies, and may travel for launches and on-site production. Success requires event production experience, analytical and communication skills, strong organization, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.

Manage the full lifecycle of major entertainment events from contract signing through closure. Coordinate event organizers and internal teams, track requirements and documentation, communicate product and process needs to headquarters, prioritize engineering requests, maintain support Q&A, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong project management, organization, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with occasional on-site event presence.

Manage the full lifecycle of major live entertainment events after commercial signing through final closure. Coordinate event organizers and internal teams, track requirements and documentation, manage timelines and cross-functional deliverables, communicate product and process needs to headquarters, and support user issue resolution. The role requires project management, stakeholder coordination, analytical organization, and occasional on-site event presence.
