Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, leading performance management, engagement and culture initiatives, manager support, team development, conflict resolution, and organizational change. Use people data to identify trends and improve business outcomes while advising managers on leadership, team structure, feedback, and development. Own key People processes and operate autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.

Produces live events from pre-production through post-event wrap-up, managing vendors, venues, permits, budgets, timelines, technical requirements, onsite execution, and administrative follow-through. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, marketing, partners, brands, agencies, and talent to deliver high-quality Fever Originals experiences. Researches new event formats, technologies, vendors, and solutions while managing multiple productions and frequent domestic and international travel.

Own distribution data and performance analysis, including KPI definition, dashboard automation, data quality, channel sizing, revenue modeling, experiments, and strategy recommendations. Collaborate with partners and internal Supply, Product, and Marketing teams across international markets to improve processes, scale revenue, and establish repeatable best practices.
