Manage APAC and global direct and indirect tax compliance, calendars, audits, tax provisions, rulings, incentives, and planning opportunities. Lead and develop the tax team, advise senior management on tax risks and transaction structures, coordinate external providers, and partner with Finance and Accounting to improve tax processes. The role requires substantial taxation experience, team leadership, cross-jurisdictional knowledge, strong organization, and proficiency in Excel.
