Sells pet insurance at shelter partner locations, builds relationships with partners and prospective pet parents, explains product advantages, records customer information in CRM, manages follow-up and administrative tasks, and meets sales objectives. The role requires extensive regional and national travel, including up to 75% car travel, weekend availability, customer-focused communication, and an active or obtainable Property and Casualty license.

Owns retention analytics for a new Loyalty & Retention organization, including churn definitions, survival analysis, forecasting, experimentation, acquisition attribution, satisfaction analysis, payment recovery, and save-desk performance. The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Sells Fetch pet insurance policies onsite at a partner animal care facility. Builds relationships with prospective customers and partner personnel, explains product benefits, converts prospects, records information in the CRM, manages partnership administration and expenses, and supports customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, consultative selling, independent work, and flexibility during peak Friday–Sunday hours. Travel to industry events may be required.
