Own end-to-end product design for Fertifa’s patient mobile app and clinical/admin web portal. Responsibilities include research, user flows, UI and UX design, prototyping, design-system ownership, accessibility, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of developer-ready designs. The role requires balancing clinical, technical, commercial, and user needs in a fast-growing startup while maintaining brand consistency across products.

Manage strategic enterprise client accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, expansion, onboarding, engagement, and account health. Build relationships with senior HR and benefits stakeholders, lead quarterly business reviews, present data-driven insights, manage escalations, and advocate for client needs with Product and Clinical teams. Lead webinars and educational sessions, oversee complex implementations, and mentor colleagues while supporting Fertifa’s growth in employee healthcare benefits.

Source, qualify, progress, and close inbound and outbound B2B sales opportunities in the UK and Europe. Manage the full sales pipeline in HubSpot, including forecasting and revenue tracking, while developing consultative pitches and maintaining client relationships. Collaborate with marketing, clinical, product, and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion. Provide prospect feedback, support campaigns and events, and use data to prioritize sectors, leads, and pricing.

Executes multi-channel marketing campaigns, content, promotional activities, and corporate event coordination. Manages deadlines, creative assets, approvals, campaign documentation, and shared folders. Pulls basic performance metrics, supports sales enablement, and provides general administrative assistance. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare startup.
