Lead statistical design, analysis, and reporting for clinical development and RWE studies. Author SAPs, integrate clinical and real-world data for regulatory submissions and HTA, evaluate registry/claims data quality, perform causal inference and synthetic control analyses, and provide statistical input for business development and due diligence.

Manage indirect procurement categories across international markets, partnering with business leaders to optimize costs and improve purchasing efficiency. Responsibilities include procurement strategy, supplier relationship and risk management, contract management, negotiations, policy adherence, purchase-to-pay improvements, and recommending process changes to local and central procurement teams.

Coordinate HR operations across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia, including employee lifecycle administration, payroll coordination, benefits, documentation, and HR data management. Support local leaders and employees, resolve operational issues, implement regional programs, and strengthen engagement, communications, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives. The role requires strong regional HR knowledge, organization, communication, confidentiality, and independent judgment.
