Sell Ferring's gastroenterology specialty medicines across a designated territory, meet sales targets, build relationships with HCPs and KOLs, analyze sales data, execute sales/marketing tactics, maintain CRM records (OCE), attend meetings/conferences, report competitor intelligence and adverse events, and work cross-functionally within allocated budgets.

Lead and launch a novel intravesical gene therapy by managing regional sales performance and coaching Sales Specialists. Develop and execute regional/territory plans, analyze markets, build key account relationships, identify new business, manage travel and expenses, and achieve sales targets while hiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

Lead site EHS programs as Safety Officer: develop and deliver training, maintain regulatory records, conduct inspections and hazard analyses, manage incident investigations and hazardous waste, support audits and facility projects, and align site policies with global EHS objectives.
