Supports the employee lifecycle through payroll administration, onboarding and offboarding, employment documentation, HR compliance, audits, workers’ compensation and leave administration, recruiting coordination, benefits vendor management, and employee record maintenance. The role requires hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience, knowledge of employment laws, careful handling of confidential information, and coordination with employees, managers, vendors, and regulators. Travel to company facilities may be required.

Manages daily international air export operations, supervises export staff, ensures compliance with U.S. export, TSA, and airline regulations, books cargo space, negotiates freight rates, reviews documentation, prepares quotations, monitors shipment timelines, and oversees billing and operational performance.
