Perform high-precision construction surveying and metrology for surface and underground projects: establish and maintain survey control, perform layout/staking and as-built surveys, operate total stations/GNSS/laser trackers/LiDAR, interpret drawings/BIM, ensure QA/QC and safety, and produce documentation and reports.

Prepare and analyze moderately complex financial statements and ad-hoc reports; record and reconcile transactions, support month/end and year-end close, develop queries and test financial software, resolve discrepancies, maintain accounting records, and assist with policy and process improvements. Onsite role requiring compliance with background checks and PIV credentialing.

Lead the Quantum Technology Division providing scientific leadership, strategic planning, program and budget oversight, staff management, and external engagement. Ensure delivery of research programs in superconducting quantum devices, sensing, networking, and computing; oversee proposal development, experiments, instrumentation, data analysis, safety compliance, and partnerships with sponsors and collaborators.
