Leads finance and accounting for a manufacturing plant, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, inventory valuation, month-end close, fixed assets, and consolidated reporting. Partners with plant and operations leadership on financial performance, cost savings, capacity, staffing, pricing, and continuous improvement. Reports to the CFO and serves as the facility’s senior finance leader.
