The Cabinet Designer will sell and specify cabinets, respond to customer inquiries, and improve business practices while handling various customers' needs.

Prepare detailed industrial piping and fabrication drawings, maintain CAD/BIM standards and templates, create and update BIM/VDC models, collaborate with customers, review construction documents, and support global BIM/VDC initiatives to meet project deadlines.

Lead creation of user-centric experiences for associate tools, driving discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Lead user research, usability testing, analytics-driven validation, and VOC activities. Evolve design systems and accessibility standards, influence product and business OKRs, mentor designers, and partner with product, engineering, analytics, and leadership to deliver enterprise-scale sales and associate platforms.
