Construction estimating and waterworks product experience are highly preferred.

Manages a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts by administering credit policies, collections, delinquent payment follow-up, credit reporting, and complex account resolution. Uses customer portals for purchase orders, invoicing, and payments while minimizing credit losses and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborates with credit management teams, sales, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for preparing pricing proposals and quotes, monitoring bids, researching projects, and supporting prospecting. Provides product and technical information to outside sales representatives, maintains customer documentation, coordinates communication between customers and internal teams, and supports the full order-to-invoice process. Resolves service and technical issues, manages corrective actions and quality reports, and ensures compliance with company HSE policies.
