Support sales associates by addressing customer needs, delivering personalized service, coordinating deliveries, and using CRM systems for order management.

Serve as the primary salesperson for assigned customer accounts, building relationships to drive sales and margin growth. Provide personalized service from quotes through post-delivery support, be an expert on products and services, solve customer issues quickly, and manage accounts via Teams, phone, and email.

8-12 month trainee program to learn credit and collections fundamentals through hands-on rotations (warehouse, sales counter, delivery), customer visits, and mentoring. Teaches credit management, collections, financial statement review, UCC, and customer relationship skills to prepare for a Credit Manager role.
