Maintains U.S. and international trademark portfolios by docketing prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement deadlines; reviewing documents, researching USPTO and WIPO databases, generating reports, processing communications, and supporting electronic filing and document management. The role assists attorneys and paralegals, performs data audits, ensures client and firm compliance, and manages confidential information while meeting strict deadlines.

Leads administrative and operational functions for a trademark practice, managing trademark paralegals, transfer specialists, and practice assistants. Oversees workflows, productivity, staffing, training, performance management, procedural documentation, and process improvements. Partners with attorneys and leadership, monitors trademark law and USPTO developments, implements operational changes, and supports team development. Requires quarterly travel to firm offices.

Leads and supports internal and external marketing events from planning through execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, promotion, logistics, client engagement, and ROI reporting. Partners with attorneys, business development, recruiting, and diversity teams to advance firm initiatives. Supports AI-enabled workflow improvements, invoice processing, contract management, and event strategy. Requires occasional travel and evening or weekend event support.
