Build and deploy production-ready AI applications, agents, and workflow automations. Partner with attorneys and business teams to identify use cases, translate requirements, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver scalable solutions. Lead projects from prototyping through deployment, evaluate AI models and frameworks, establish engineering best practices, monitor performance, and improve reliability and user experience. Collaborate across Innovation, IT, Knowledge Management, and Business Operations while advising stakeholders on practical AI implementation.

Owns the firm’s email marketing platform, including campaign development, templates, automation, segmentation, lead scoring, testing, reporting, compliance, and data integrity. Troubleshoots integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, events platforms, and the broader marketing technology stack. Builds and maintains AI-enabled workflows, coordinates with vendors and technical partners, and identifies platform improvements. Requires advanced Marketo administration, integration troubleshooting, marketing analytics, and AI workflow experience.

Build and enhance internal web applications, business tools, APIs, integrations, and Azure-hosted solutions. Support AI, automation, cloud migration, SQL, reporting, dashboards, and data initiatives. Troubleshoot issues, document systems, streamline processes, gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and own assigned work through completion. The role requires foundational software development knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, adaptability, and a bachelor’s degree, with three or more years of related hands-on experience preferred or required by the posting.
