Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and coordinating offers for candidates across the firm. Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies and sourcing plans, conduct behavioral interviews, and deliver an efficient candidate experience. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, recruiting expertise, multitasking, and knowledge of employment law. The hybrid role is estimated to last 12 months and requires two onsite days weekly.

Provide advanced patent docketing and administrative support, mentor and train junior Legal Support Analysts, manage IDS filings and annuity/maintenance payments, communicate with clients and vendors, maintain knowledge of patent rules, and ensure timely handling of attorney-requested tasks while preserving confidentiality.

Join Fenwick's private investment funds team to organize and advise venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related funds. Requires extensive VC/PE fund formation and counseling experience, knowledge of corporate and securities regulations, bar admission or eligibility, superior academics, strong communication and teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
