Leads nursery operations, early years education, safeguarding, compliance, staff development, family engagement, and continuous improvement. The role manages educators, maintains EYFS and Ofsted standards, supports quality care and education, and drives occupancy and team engagement. Candidates need a Level 3 Early Years qualification, leadership experience in an early years setting, safeguarding knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

The role requires a Level 3 early years qualification, strong EYFS and child development knowledge, team leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high standards of care and education.

Support young children’s learning, development, wellbeing, and daily routines in a safe, nurturing nursery environment. Help deliver play and learning activities, build positive relationships with children and families, maintain an organised setting, and work collaboratively with the nursery team. No previous nursery experience is required; full training, mentoring, and opportunities to gain Level 2 or 3 qualifications are provided.
