The Third in Charge supports nursery management, leads room operations, maintains care standards, mentors team members, and builds family relationships.

Deliver high-quality early years education using the EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters frameworks. Support children's learning and development, observe and assess progress, build relationships with families, maintain safeguarding and health & safety, and collaborate with colleagues in a nurturing nursery environment.

Support nursery leadership while leading a room: ensure high-quality care and education, step in for senior leaders, mentor staff, maintain safeguarding, health & safety and compliance, and build strong family partnerships. Opportunity to progress to Deputy or Manager roles.
