Leads site-level industrial engineering and continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, production efficiency, and business performance. Responsibilities include time studies, statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, Lean process implementation, 6S, value stream mapping, Kaizen and SMED events, standard work development, KPI tracking, root cause analysis, production reporting, and collaboration with operations managers. The role also includes pursuing Six Sigma Green Belt training and supporting progress plans.

Supports pricing analysis and recommendations for coated fabric products by analyzing customer, market, competitive, margin, and profitability data. Assists with pricing models, dashboards, reports, market research, and competitive benchmarking. Collaborates with commercial and operational teams and uses AI-powered tools to improve analysis and reporting. Presents a final project to executive leadership while participating in professional development and networking activities.

Supports continuous improvement of cybersecurity initiatives by updating policies and procedures, aligning them with CIS Controls and Michelin guidelines, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, embedding controls into business processes, and automating workflows where possible. The intern also participates in cross-functional projects, professional development activities, and a final presentation to executive leadership.
