Collaborates with sales, distributors, technical teams, and customers to identify replacement belt and service opportunities. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical documentation skills, safety awareness, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory by cultivating customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business, negotiating contracts, developing territory plans, maintaining CRM data, forecasting sales, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes frequent customer-site visits, market analysis, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and leadership support for other sales representatives. Travel may reach 75% across North America.

Serves as the primary HR contact for a manufacturing facility, managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, benefits, leave administration, attendance, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS records, reporting, and HR projects. Requires occasional North American travel and flexibility for non-standard shifts.
