Leads and mentors a software engineering team building secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS products on AWS. Responsibilities include architecture, technical roadmaps, delivery management, people leadership, production reliability, security and compliance, CI/CD, testing, and AI-assisted development. The role partners closely with Product and remains hands-on with Python development while driving engineering excellence and operational improvements.

Owns solution strategy for major EMEA financial crime pursuits, leading discovery, RFPs, proof-of-value engagements, demonstrations, and target-state transaction monitoring designs. Translates AML/CFT requirements into business value, advises enterprise financial institutions on monitoring and investigation workflows, and collaborates with technology teams on integrations and SaaS architecture. Coaches consultants on transaction monitoring and feeds market insights into product strategy.

Leads the transformation of Fenergo’s global Marketing function by designing its operating model, planning cadence, governance, reporting, and ways of working. Partners with Marketing leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders on prioritization, budgets, performance management, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. Acts as a strategic and operational partner to the Global Head of Marketing, driving accountability, decision-making, and execution discipline across the organization.
