The Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and cost optimization. The role advises executives and the board, oversees finance teams, ensures governance and transparency, develops strategic profit models, and aligns financial performance with organizational growth and operational objectives.

Coordinates new resident move-ins, including settlement paperwork, apartment preparation, utilities, access, and resident onboarding. Supports marketing and sales through inquiry routing, event coordination, RSVPs, mailing-list maintenance, community outreach, prospect support, reporting, and marketing-material inventory. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, housekeeping, contractors, residents, families, and sales staff while maintaining accurate records and providing professional, resident-centered communication.
