Oversee accounting and budgeting for assigned communities, review financial statements and reconciliations, manage revenue accounting, support closing, audits, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. Mentor accounting staff, analyze financial trends, partner with operational leaders, and improve processes, controls, documentation, and reporting across affiliated organizations.

Supports talent acquisition and HR operations for the home care division by coordinating recruitment events, candidate tracking, background checks, credential verification, compliant onboarding, paperwork, benefits setup, systems access, orientation, and offboarding. Maintains accurate confidential records, tracks onboarding and credential deadlines, communicates with candidates and managers, supports audits, and assists with employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.

Welcomes and assists residents, families, visitors, and team members; manages front-desk operations, calls, messages, mail, data entry, and clerical tasks. Monitors security and resident-alert systems, responds appropriately to alarms, maintains confidentiality, and provides professional customer service. The role requires weekend availability on the first and third weekends of each month, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
