As a founding BDR at Fellow, you'll generate sales pipelines through cold calling, email outreach, and qualifying leads, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to increase inbound business.

Lead and grow the team building Fellow's cross-platform recording platform. Manage and develop engineers, set technical direction, improve reliability and observability, stay technically hands-on, partner with Product/SRE/Design, and drive platform investments and new recording capabilities.

The Implementation Specialist ensures successful client onboarding, educates users on product features, delivers support, and collaborates to enhance client experience.
