Builds repeatable whitespace identification and expansion strategies, reviews pipeline and account plans, supports negotiations, develops enablement playbooks, partners on quota and territory design, and owns performance against expansion targets, including $50K+ TCV opportunities.

Own Fello’s sales operating system, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, territory and capacity planning, quota inputs, compensation mechanics, seller performance analytics, and KPI definitions. Manage the roadmap for the RevenueOS application, write requirements for GTM Systems and AI Engineering teams, and deploy AI-enabled sales operations capabilities. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to improve forecast accuracy, seller accountability, and scalable revenue execution.

Own quality for an AI-powered SaaS platform by designing and executing manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, exploratory, API, conversational AI, generative output, and workflow testing. Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, consistency, safety, edge cases, and bias. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to debug releases, improve automation frameworks, and promote quality practices.
