Creates mechanical CAD models and drawings for weldments, assemblies, parts, and routed systems. Designs lower-complexity trailer products, converts prototypes into production-ready documentation, and generates bills of materials using Syspro. Reviews sales orders, revises existing designs, supports sales and production troubleshooting, and coordinates with purchasing, vendors, and quality control. Ensures accurate, complete, timely, and high-quality engineering work while staying current on CAD practices and product developments.

Creates and releases production work orders, reviews capacity and priorities, adjusts schedules based on customer and MRP demand, follows up on production requirements, maintains production documents, performs data entry, answers phones, greets visitors, and supports coordination among supply chain, customer service, and operations teams.
