Manage and grow an assigned B2B customer base through proactive outreach, consultative selling, inbound lead response, account expansion, and pipeline advancement. The representative will identify customer needs, promote products and initiatives, qualify opportunities, meet revenue targets, maintain CRM accuracy, and partner with outside sales representatives. The role is hybrid after an initial 90-day in-office onboarding period and requires consistent customer engagement and follow-through.

Supports marketing operations across multiple brands by managing co-op funding, budgets, vendor claims, marketing materials, apparel, web assets, social media, customer content, campaigns, promotions, and reporting. Coordinates project deliverables, tracks marketing KPIs, supports trade show materials, and provides administrative assistance to marketing leadership. The role is fully remote with up to 20% travel.
