Own Felix’s treasury function across multi-currency cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, credit facilities, controls, policies, and settlement operations. The role will manage funding across entities and corridors, oversee lender reporting and covenant compliance, support banking and financing activities, and partner with Finance, Accounting, FX, Compliance, and Product. As the first dedicated treasury hire, this person will build scalable processes, hire a Treasury Analyst, and help develop the broader treasury team.

Own Felix’s treasury function across cash and liquidity management, multi-currency funding, banking relationships, credit facilities, lender reporting, internal controls, and treasury policies. Partner with Finance, Accounting, FX, Compliance, and Product to optimize settlement and payment operations. Build the treasury function from the ground up, including hiring and developing a team and supporting regulatory and audit requirements.

Architect and develop scalable backend microservices for payments, disbursements, or governance, risk, and compliance systems. Build secure, high-performance financial infrastructure using Google Cloud and distributed-system technologies, support millions of daily requests, and collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams. The role also includes mentoring engineers, improving platform capabilities through analytics and feedback, and implementing payment, onboarding, KYC, and regulatory workflows.
