Lead the design and scaling of a unified fraud and risk platform. Define product roadmap, run data analysis and A/B tests, collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build real-time fraud detection, manage stakeholders, and balance customer experience with effective risk mitigation.

Lead CRM execution for new products (primarily Consumer Lending SNPL), build automated multi-channel journeys in Customer.io, design and run A/B and holdout experiments, segment audiences with BigQuery, QA campaign logic, monitor performance (CPiU, adoption, repeat usage), and partner cross-functionally to drive product adoption and retention.

Lead fraud risk assessments for new products, rails, and countries; design controls and thresholds; use SQL and BI tools to size and monitor launch risk; build a repeatable launch playbook; coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers and transition controls to BAU.
