Own the strategy, evolution, and adoption of Felix’s core orchestration platform for remittance transactions. Define platform boundaries, workflow contracts, reliability guarantees, observability, and self-service tooling. Lead roadmap sequencing for future products, balance platform investment with remittance reliability, establish success metrics, and partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, payments experience, data fluency, exceptional writing, and the ability to make effective platform tradeoffs.

Own the strategy, roadmap, contracts, reliability metrics, and evolution of Felix’s orchestration platform for remittance and future products. Define workflow primitives, interfaces, retry and compensation semantics, observability, onboarding, and SLAs. Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance on architecture and platform adoption. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, payments experience, data fluency, exceptional writing, and the judgment to prioritize platform investments and enforce product boundaries.

Own the strategy, roadmap, contracts, and delivery of Felix’s orchestration platform for remittance transactions. Define workflow primitives, reliability guarantees, retries, compensation, observability, SLAs, and onboarding tools. Lead platform migration and expansion to additional products, balance engineering investments with remittance reliability, establish success metrics, and partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance.
