Build and maintain a custom WordPress block theme and design system, shipping pages and reusable components from Figma. Develop custom Gutenberg blocks, plugins, APIs, content importers, experimentation, analytics pipelines, and QA automation. Optimize for performance and SEO, implement tracking and A/B tests, and collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, SEO, and Growth.

Provide L1/L2 IT support for Mac and Windows; manage helpdesk tickets in Jira; perform onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration; maintain endpoint management and security (Kandji, EDR); troubleshoot hardware and network issues during periodic on-site visits; conduct SaaS audits, licensing reviews, monitoring, and documentation to optimize IT operations.

Lead product analytics by building scalable data models and measurement frameworks, owning dbt workflows, performing cohort/retention and funnel analyses, defining KPIs, automating analytics, and presenting recommendations to influence product and business decisions.

Lead acquisition and unit-economics for one or more product categories: build, launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, mobile, direct mail), run A/B and CRO tests, brief and iterate performance creative, analyze CAC/LTV/margins, diagnose metric moves, and collaborate on landing page/product experiments and channel planning.
