Lead and mentor project teams for municipal water/wastewater construction: verify estimates, evaluate drawings/specs, create and maintain CPM schedules, convert estimates to budgets, manage procurement and change orders, develop work packages and shutdown plans, support proposals and hiring, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

Lead small-to-medium water and wastewater construction projects ($250k–$20M), coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, billings, O&M manuals, and AutoCAD installation drawings. Use Microsoft Project to develop and maintain schedules, manage material purchases, and perform frequent site visits while representing the company professionally.
