Administer employee health and welfare benefits, support enrollment and employee inquiries, analyze self-funded medical claims and utilization, manage vendors, oversee leave and accommodation processes, ensure ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA compliance, and maintain accurate benefits data and reporting. The role partners with Payroll, Finance, leadership, brokers, TPAs, and benefit vendors to optimize plan performance and employee experience.

Supports Industrial Controls project managers with project administration, document routing, RFIs, purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, material tracking, delivery verification, inventory records, and stakeholder updates. The role coordinates with fabrication, warehouse, vendor, and field teams; maintains project documentation; supports deadlines and safety procedures; and may assist with meetings, site visits, action items, and material deliveries.

Industrial Controls Engineering Interns support electrical control panel design, schematics, wiring diagrams, component selection, bills of materials, PLC and HMI integration, testing, troubleshooting, fabrication, commissioning, and field installation activities. Interns collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and field teams while gaining experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, industrial automation systems, engineering change management, and applicable electrical standards.
