Supports the Director of Information Systems in managing, planning, implementing, integrating, and maintaining university information systems. Develops systems and reports for end users, performs systems analysis and design, manages enterprise applications including Ellucian Colleague, and supports institutional technology needs. The role also oversees project and process management, reporting, scripting, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and day-to-day systems administration.

The Assistant Director of Human Resources oversees daily HR operations and serves as the senior advisor for employee relations and training. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring employment-law compliance, advising leadership on workforce strategy, developing policies, delivering professional development programs, conducting investigations, and resolving employee issues. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, analytical, counseling, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Supports the Title III Falcon RISE grant and student retention initiatives. Coordinates project deadlines, documentation, campus partnerships, outreach, referrals, and follow-up for students at risk of withdrawal or stop-out. Tracks interventions and outcomes in student success systems, assists students with institutional barriers, and provides summaries to inform retention strategies. Collaborates across academic and administrative departments and supports the Dean and Project Director.
