Provide administrative support to the Office Manager including deposits, petty cash, floorplan audits, reconciliations, posting statements and funding notices, title work for trade-ins/payoffs, and general office tasks.

Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) department by selling financing and insurance products, completing and verifying financing paperwork, maintaining lender and insurer relationships, ensuring accurate customer records, and resolving customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.

The BDC Representative manages customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, schedules appointments, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains accurate records.
