Handles phone, email, and chat inquiries from automotive customers; schedules sales appointments, follows up on customer needs, updates CRM records, and coordinates with departments to deliver a positive customer experience. Requires strong communication, multitasking, computer, documentation, and customer service skills.

Lead and coach a dealership used-car sales team to meet targets, develop sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate across departments to improve revenue and satisfaction.
