The Strategic Sales Manager will lead the Education segment to expand market share and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Supports the sales team by managing customer accounts, entering orders, resolving service issues, recommending products, monitoring deliveries, maintaining pricing and account information, and tracking customer interactions in CRM systems. The role also supports sales campaigns, follows up on leads, assists with online ordering setup and training, conducts prospecting, and provides customer and market insights. It requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Sells foodservice products to assigned territory customers by acquiring new accounts, growing existing business, managing relationships, answering product questions, and meeting sales goals. Maintains CRM records, forecasts sales, manages account receivables, processes credits and recalls, and coordinates with transportation, purchasing, warehouse, brokers, and manufacturers. Requires customer service, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
