Lead development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage event planning and supplier-funded programs, oversee marketing budget and performance measurement, build supplier/customer partnerships, and recruit and mentor the marketing team to drive sales growth and brand presence.

Sell food and non-food products to a defined territory by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts. Perform daily sales calls, manage customer relationships, process orders/credits, maintain CRM and sales reports, forecast territory performance, coordinate with internal departments, participate in meetings, trainings, and food shows, and handle account receivables and recall paperwork promptly.

Provide inside sales support to designated sales reps by processing orders, managing customer communications across phone/email/Teams, documenting interactions in CRM, coordinating with logistics/warehouse, executing contract terms, upselling products, monitoring orders for next-day delivery, and handling credits/invoices and DSR vacation coverage.
