Leads regional sales performance by coaching representatives, developing revenue and market-share strategies, monitoring pipeline and profitability, and reporting results to senior leadership. Builds customer partnerships, identifies prospects, coordinates with marketing, purchasing, credit, and transportation teams, and resolves order and delivery issues. Oversees sales planning, forecasting, product initiatives, and representative development while supporting profitable foodservice growth.

The Senior Accountant supports general ledger close activities, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory controls, cash flow statements, tax and compliance reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role analyzes sales margins, operating expenses, and budget variances; manages commission setup; prepares management reports; supports external accountants; and recommends accounting process improvements.
