Supports B2B marketing operations through software administration, user permissions, process documentation, database hygiene, segmentation, reporting, dashboard creation, workflow automation, expenditure tracking, invoice logging, and budget reconciliation. The intern will gain hands-on experience with marketing technology, data management, financial operations, and cross-functional marketing processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives: manage complex calendars, international travel and visas, plan executive events and offsites, facilitate meetings and action tracking, prepare polished communications and presentations, audit expenses, and act as a cross-functional liaison while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, ensuring alignment between engineering outcomes and business goals while fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
