The FP&A Analyst analyzes cost dynamics, profitability, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Responsibilities include building financial models, conducting variance analysis, preparing executive reports, evaluating vendor and contract economics, improving forecasting systems, and partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and business leaders. The role also supports strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, data normalization, and accurate financial reporting.

Provide advanced technical support for a cloud-based financial crime prevention platform across pre-production and production environments. Own customer incidents, troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate escalations with Engineering, communicate with stakeholders, document resolutions, improve knowledge resources, and translate customer feedback into product requirements. The role also includes mentoring L1 support staff, participating in on-call rotations, and using Shell, SQL, and Python.
