Lead Feedzai’s global public relations, corporate, brand, customer, market, and internal communications strategy. Responsibilities include media relations, executive thought leadership, reputation and crisis communications, customer announcements, internal culture communications, and agency management. The role partners with executives, HR, content, product marketing, customer marketing, and external stakeholders to strengthen Feedzai’s reputation and communicate its AI-powered financial crime prevention mission.

Lead Feedzai’s global public relations, corporate and brand communications, customer messaging, internal communications, executive thought leadership, crisis communications, and reputation strategy. This hands-on leader will manage agency relationships, secure media coverage, shape executive narratives, support customer and partnership announcements, and strengthen employee engagement and company culture across global markets.

Lead technical presales for Feedzai’s RiskOps platform, partnering with sales teams and financial institutions to understand business and technical needs. Deliver product demonstrations, solution designs, value-driven pitches, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals. Act as a trusted client advisor, coordinate with Product and Delivery teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and share market feedback. The role is remote with travel of up to 30%.
