Manage the full contract lifecycle for federal, grant, and commercial agreements: negotiate terms, administer subcontracts, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, maintain contracts in ERP (Unanet), support invoicing and closeout, review RFP/RFI materials, and lead contracts-related projects and audits while advising leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead accelerator programs supporting technology commercialization and partnerships in defense and dual-use innovation. Manage stakeholders, track performance, and facilitate engagements.
