Lead transformation governance and strategic, cross-functional initiatives across the Self-Adhesives business. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, designing solutions, coordinating execution, monitoring progress, escalating roadblocks, facilitating steering committees, harmonizing best practices, and advising senior business leaders on transformation methods and stakeholder engagement.

Reports and analyzes credit risk exposures, capital adequacy, and other risk metrics across business units. Supports regulatory submissions, risk governance, committee decision-making, and compliance with internal and external requirements. Maintains reporting frameworks, improves data quality, and identifies automation opportunities. Collaborates with credit risk, finance, reporting, and business teams to ensure accurate, timely insights and effective risk mitigation.

Provides B2B customer support for the Italian market by entering and managing sales orders, offers, samples, shipments, delivery tracking, payment follow-ups, price lists, and post-sale issues in SAP. Supports sales agents, addresses customer needs, performs reactive cross-selling, and contributes to improved on-time delivery. Requires customer service or commercial back-office experience, strong problem-solving skills, Excel proficiency, Italian fluency, and English knowledge.
