Support and embed Lean transformation at the Castelraimondo plant by facilitating projects with consultants and cross-functional teams, mapping and optimizing processes, tracking KPIs, driving waste reduction, conducting workshops, and linking operational improvements to plant financial and productivity targets.

Support end-to-end planning from order management through production to delivery. Create balanced production plans, coordinate stakeholders (sales, marketing, R&D, mills), support S&OP and planning improvement projects, and drive continuous improvement to improve service and production efficiency.

The role involves overseeing financial data consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control to support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
