Leads the finance function for Fedrigoni’s French commercial and manufacturing entities. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX and OPEX governance, accounting, statutory reporting, audits, intercompany reconciliation, compliance, credit management, working capital, financial controls, and business performance analysis. Partners with senior leaders, manages the local finance team, supports transformation and integration initiatives, and ensures alignment with Group finance standards. The role is based in Paris and requires fluent French and English with regular domestic travel.

Manages a defined customer base as the primary internal contact, handling enquiries, quotations, orders, invoicing, delivery coordination, documentation, and customer support. Builds internal and external relationships, coordinates with production, technical, IT, logistics, and finance teams, maintains accurate records, supports sales objectives, and improves processes. Requires strong organization, negotiation, problem-solving, computer literacy, and at least five years of inside sales experience.

The Mill Planner will manage customer orders, generate production plans, coordinate stakeholders, support improvement projects, and adopt continuous improvement strategies.
