Perform local package pickup and delivery using designated vehicles (motorbike, LGV, MGV, HGV). Follow assigned routes and schedules, operate vehicles safely, provide customer service during deliveries, maintain required driving documentation and licenses, and comply with company safety and operational procedures.

Lead sourcing and procurement activities including vendor management, contract negotiations, and executing sales and purchase contracts. Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and support internal stakeholders to secure goods and services that meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

Manage and centralize customized services to retain customers and drive revenue and gross margin growth. Oversee SOP execution, vendor relationships, service performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
