Designs and facilitates sales training, onboarding, consultative selling programs, enablement content, and go-to-market communications. Leads FedEx gateway operations by managing employees, service quality, productivity, costs, resource planning, reporting, customer satisfaction, loss and damage reduction, and continuous improvement. Develops operational optimization programs, monitors performance metrics, identifies efficiency opportunities, ensures high-quality service delivery, and oversees employee training and development. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience in operations, warehouse management, or supply chain environments.

Advises on sales education and partners with sales leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities. Translates complex priorities into communications, presentations, and learning assets that improve seller understanding and action. Leads cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, product, and business teams to support sales readiness and adoption. Analyzes seller feedback and business performance data to identify opportunities to improve sales execution.
