Teams at Federato

Own full sales cycle for large, complex P&C and specialty insurance carriers and MGAs. Build executive relationships, map stakeholders, negotiate and close multi-quarter enterprise deals. Develop account strategies, partner with engineering, product, and customer success for handoffs and expansion, and translate Federato's AI-native platform value to underwriting and executive leadership. Contribute playbooks and best practices to scale strategic account motion.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will handle sales engagements, deliver demos, translate workflows into configurations, and partner with teams for technical discovery and solution design.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines and internal frameworks to support ML and product teams. Drive architecture, observability, data quality, and engineering best practices across AI/ML workflows and prompt-engineering pipelines.
