Manage semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, serve as primary employee contact, reconcile payroll and benefits accounts, ensure legal compliance, partner with Finance and vendors, support HRIS data integrity, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, audits, and process improvements to enhance employee experience.

Lead and grow FAS's AI policy portfolio by setting strategy, managing staff and budgets, overseeing grant-funded projects, building cross-sector partnerships, fundraising, and advising policymakers on AI safety, fairness, responsible adoption, and AI for public missions.

Support federal data policy work through stakeholder engagement, coalition-building, research and analysis, data monitoring, event planning, communications (including social media), project management, and advancing policy entrepreneurship to rebuild public data capacity.
