Support the Wildland Fire Service with strategic, multi-year budget planning, formulation, and evaluation. Develop budget justifications, integrate performance data and risk analysis, coordinate across agencies and stakeholders, coach budget staff, prepare senior leadership briefings, and align funding priorities with program goals and policy direction.

Lead integration of the Day One Project and FAS Talent Hub into a unified, scalable policy entrepreneurship platform. Set strategy, manage teams and budgets, build partnerships and fundraising, oversee product and fellowship operations, place technical experts into government and civil society roles, and measure program impact to drive policy outcomes at scale.

Manage semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, serve as primary employee contact, reconcile payroll and benefits accounts, ensure legal compliance, partner with Finance and vendors, support HRIS data integrity, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, audits, and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
