Supports agronomic research and sales projects through field scouting, soil and tissue sampling, insect, weed, and disease monitoring, data collection, field reporting, and project presentations. Assists agronomists and producers, attends meetings and training, operates equipment as directed, and provides customer support. The internship may offer growth opportunities in warehouse and delivery, sales support, and facility operations.

Supervises custom applicators and commercial drivers while coordinating agricultural application, equipment, and building maintenance operations. Responsibilities include maintaining field mapping data, hiring support, equipment setup and calibration, safety compliance, routine maintenance, and promoting teamwork and customer service. The role requires extended hours when needed and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
