Serve as the OPFOR chief for Multi-Domain Operations and Airpower, developing competitive OPFOR orders, integrating MDO and air effects, advising commanders, collaborating on intelligence and enemy situation content, and supporting Event Life Cycle activities for MCTP exercises.

Provide onsite system administration and Tier-III technical support for Mission Command training exercises. Install, configure, harden, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and network infrastructure; enforce DoD security (DISA STIGs), perform vulnerability scans and incident response, maintain backups/DR, integrate and validate command systems for Warfighter Exercises, document SOPs/runbooks, and train technicians and exercise participants.

Design, integrate, and adjudicate Information Operations effects for MCTP exercises: coordinate with HICOM/EXCON/JED/OPFOR, maintain IO database, draft IO plans and annexes, train OPFOR, synchronize IO storylines and MSEL injects, present workarounds, and provide after-action recommendations.

Provide subject-matter expertise and adjudicate electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) effects during MCTP training exercises. Monitor and validate EMS actions against BLUE and OPFOR forces per Rules and Workarounds, coordinate timing with control elements, integrate EMS into simulation systems, maintain adjudication records for AARs, and recommend process improvements.

Provide onsite MCIS system administration for Army training exercises: install, configure, harden, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage and networks; support WFX integration, Tier-III troubleshooting, DISA STIG compliance, backup/DR, logging/vulnerability scanning, documentation, and training to ensure exercise readiness and secure mission continuity.

Provide on-site system administration and tier‑III support for MCIS training environments: install, harden, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and network infrastructure; enforce DoD cybersecurity (DISA STIGs), run backups/DR, integrate simulation/training systems for Warfighter Exercises, and produce documentation and training for staff.

Provide on-site administration and tier-III support for Mission Command Information Systems used in large-scale military training exercises. Install, configure, harden, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, networking, and backup/DR. Enforce DoD security policies (DISA STIGs), perform vulnerability scans, incident response, and ensure exercise readiness. Integrate command systems, allocate resources, document SOPs, and train participants and junior staff.
