Provides senior-level administrative support to Supervision Officers by managing calendars, travel, correspondence, meetings, documents, communications, events, visitors, supplies, invoices, and administrative projects. The role requires proactive prioritization, confidentiality, excellent communication, meticulous organization, and collaboration across a large organization. It also involves improving meeting effectiveness and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and mentor teams of business analysts and project managers to support SRC operations, deliver process improvements and automation, lead AI implementation initiatives, oversee strategic planning and project delivery, ensure compliance with policies, and handle staffing and employment lifecycle matters while collaborating across System stakeholders.

Lead and manage intermediate, cross-functional HR projects: develop project plans, coordinate teams and stakeholders, maintain SharePoint sites, use Workday and Qualtrics for reports and surveys, provide analytical decision support, and support division administrative operations and communications.
