Lead enterprise risk management, business continuity, SOX compliance, internal controls, risk assessments, mitigation planning, reporting, and governance initiatives. Partner with business areas to monitor enterprise risks, maintain ERM policies, facilitate exercises, support senior management and risk committees, and present control findings. The role may supervise analysts and requires advanced stakeholder facilitation, project management, and risk-management expertise.

Supports the Federal Reserve Payments Study by recruiting financial institutions, card networks, processors, and issuers; coordinating data submissions; validating responses; and encouraging participant engagement. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and deadline management. It is a part-time Spring/Summer 2027 internship for currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, preferably studying economics.

Supports economists through economic and policy research, data collection and analysis, econometric and statistical modeling, programming, literature reviews, publications, website indicator maintenance, and policy briefing preparation. The role develops research and programming skills and is intended for candidates considering a future Ph.D. in economics or finance.
