Lead product efforts to grow FedNow adoption across OBO service providers, fintechs, corporates, and BaaS banks. Drive discovery, define value propositions, prioritize features, and work cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities and accelerate instant payments adoption.

Conduct frontier macroeconomic research on labor markets, inflation dynamics, and public finance; advise the Bank president and Board on monetary policy; produce publishable working papers and accessible policy articles; present research at conferences; organize events and participate in outreach; assist with staff recruitment.

Provide high-level executive support and operational leadership for the Los Angeles Regional Executive. Manage complex calendars, lead projects and events, coordinate logistics (venues, travel, catering, technology), prepare briefing materials, handle sensitive communications, support onboarding and budget tracking, maintain documentation, and build stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth team operations.
