Teams at Federal Reserve System

Manage a team of data scientists processing, validating, and analyzing FR 2052a liquidity datasets. Oversee data extraction, cleaning, database management, automation, modeling, and quality controls. Collaborate with Federal Reserve stakeholders, provide strategic direction for liquidity monitoring, manage projects and staff, and communicate findings to leadership and external partners.

Lead product roadmap and backlog for Pay.gov, represent the customer in product definition and UI design, translate business priorities into user stories, coordinate cross-functional development, analyze product metrics, gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, identify new business opportunities, and support Agile/Scrum product practices to scale payments solutions.

Serve as subject-matter expert developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns to engage Bank leadership and employees. Advise senior stakeholders, create and review multi‑media content, manage web and intranet content, measure communications effectiveness with analytics, build cross‑departmental partnerships, and lead complex, matrixed projects.
