Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle for the Bank's public-facing products, aligning vision with business and user needs. Manage a small team, oversee UX/UI, roadmaps, user research, prototyping, and analytics-driven optimization. Ensure responsible, secure adoption and governance of AI components, model/privacy controls, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Support data analysis for community development research: collect, clean, and manage datasets; conduct statistical and geospatial analyses; develop quantitative models and visualizations; contribute to interactive dashboards and literature reviews to inform financial inclusion work.

Perform accounting transactions and reconciliations, ensure compliance with the Federal Reserve Financial Accounting Manual, prepare financial reports and schedules, analyze Workday and EASy data, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders and shared services on procure-to-pay and other accounting processes.
