Configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots Federal Reserve payment and settlement applications supporting financial institutions. Manages complex account and relationship changes, resolves connectivity and file-format issues, responds to cyber incidents, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Provides customer consultation, staff coaching, training, project support, business continuity testing, documentation, and process improvements. May provide after-hours incident response and lead special assignments or workgroups.

Designs, builds, and maintains secure data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and quality controls. Collects, validates, cleanses, and analyzes data; develops SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, and AWS-based solutions; investigates data integrity issues; documents standards; and partners with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.

Provides executive and employee communications during major IT incidents, translates complex technical topics into clear messaging, develops presentations and communication strategies, supports communications tools, maintains brand standards, monitors media trends, and produces video content. Advises stakeholders and executive leaders while coordinating high-impact, systemwide IT communications across the Federal Reserve.
