The HR Business Partner II will support HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance initiatives while partnering with business leaders.

Monitor the Bank's cash, liquidity, funding and money market positions. Build and maintain Python, Excel/VBA and SQL analytical tools and data repositories. Support short-term advances and deposit pricing, manage money market instruments and derivatives margin, assist liquidity reporting and funding issuance, and partner with internal teams on treasury operations.

Manage day-to-day vault operations and collateral documentation, perform UCC filings and large loan (CRE/multifamily) collateral reviews, coordinate third-party custody and pledging, support legal documentation and audits, and respond to member collateral inquiries.
