Develops and coordinates member-facing marketing communications across digital, web, print, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating stakeholder approvals, managing campaigns and communication calendars, segmenting audiences, monitoring analytics, and recommending engagement improvements. The role uses marketing automation, CRM, and survey tools while ensuring communications meet accessibility, regulatory, and quality standards.

Monitor the Bank's cash, liquidity, funding and money market positions. Build and maintain Python, Excel/VBA and SQL analytical tools and data repositories. Support short-term advances and deposit pricing, manage money market instruments and derivatives margin, assist liquidity reporting and funding issuance, and partner with internal teams on treasury operations.
