Serves as a liaison between business owners, technical teams, IT management, and vendors. Provides technical leadership, consultation, staff training, technology recommendations, and project reporting while developing performant software solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and relational databases.

Leads and mentors a software development team while contributing hands-on with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure applications. Develop, implement, test, and maintain credit and market risk models (loan valuation, PD, loss estimation). Calibrate models, document assumptions, support validation and regulators, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance model performance and use.
