The Senior QA Analyst ensures quality testing of Salesforce solutions, leading both manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include designing test strategies, managing test data, and mentoring junior engineers to improve QA processes and standards.

Manage and oversee a team of credit analysts covering depository and CDFI members. Perform credit underwriting, risk ratings, model development, policy implementation, regulatory and senior management reporting, borrower surveillance, and collaborate with relationship managers, IT, and Sales to mitigate credit risk and support strategic projects.

Lead and continuously improve the Bank's strategic planning process, develop and deliver the annual Strategic Plan, coordinate stakeholder engagement and Board/regulatory activities, build performance monitoring and reporting, support strategic initiatives and financial impact analysis, and communicate strategy across the organization to drive alignment, accountability, and execution of strategic priorities.
