Supports Affordable Housing Program grant operations by providing technical assistance, reviewing projects for regulatory and program compliance, tracking grant performance and disbursements, developing process-improvement tools and reports, updating policies and user guides, and assisting with system support and testing. The role also supports member engagement, reporting, customer service, and community investment programs.

Leads strategy, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements for MPF mortgage systems supporting loan acquisition, servicing, risk management, accounting, and investor reporting. Serves as Agile Product Owner, managing backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, stakeholder alignment, UAT, change management, system design coordination, risk mitigation, and implementation across business and technology teams.

Supports enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives through AI solution development, AI agent configuration, data analytics, automation, governance, user training, and proof-of-concept projects. The intern will evaluate AI use cases, analyze adoption metrics, document responsible AI practices, test automated solutions, and help promote AI adoption within a regulated financial services environment.
