Own Feathery’s product marketing strategy across positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launches, sales enablement, and customer insights. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex workflow automation capabilities into compelling enterprise narratives, accelerate adoption, support competitive deals, and inform roadmap priorities. The role also offers opportunities to build a team and develop marketing leadership.

Own Feathery’s product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer research. Translate complex workflow automation capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers in insurance and wealth management. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to develop marketing assets, inform roadmap priorities, strengthen differentiation, and accelerate adoption.

Design, build, and scale backend services and asynchronous distributed pipelines for document processing and workflow automation. Own infrastructure on AWS (including queueing systems like SQS), improve reliability, performance, and observability, integrate OCR/AI where appropriate, collaborate with product and customer teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture and production APIs.
