Lead and mentor a computational biology team to deliver data analytics and machine learning solutions for biotech/pharma. Analyze multi-omics and complex datasets, build scalable computational platforms and pipelines, integrate public tools, collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, and contribute to scientific publications supporting drug discovery and biomarker identification.

Perform PK/PD and bioavailability data analysis from preclinical and clinical studies, build and validate PK/PD models, support regulatory documentation, integrate models with AI/software teams, maintain data quality, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and data platforms using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Airflow. Support cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), maintain relational databases, convert unstructured data into vectors, collaborate with data/ML teams, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and document processes.
