Manage day-to-day relationships with consumer goods partners and coordinate cross-functional execution of partnership initiatives, launches, and activations. Track performance, prepare reporting and scorecards, manage timelines and governance, onboard partners, identify risks and process improvements, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful delivery.

Lead Feastables' strategic consumer goods partnerships, driving revenue and brand expansion through licensing, co-brands, retail and manufacturing relationships. Manage executive partner relationships, develop joint business plans, oversee performance reporting and negotiations, scale partnership operations, and mentor a partnerships team while collaborating cross-functionally to launch and grow initiatives.

Manage day-to-day international air and ocean freight operations, coordinating freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and container/truck loadings. Prepare and audit export documentation and certificates, maintain NetSuite order-to-cash and inventory accuracy, resolve EDI issues, track inventory and KPIs, handle product samples, and serve as the operational contact for international customers and distributors to ensure on-time cross-border shipments.
